Welcome to Starstruck Dance Competition - Round 1

** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING **

ENTERING YOUR DUOS/TRIOS
  • When entering your groups you can select and pay for your Duos & Trios,  but you do not need to purchase competitors passes until 3 weeks before the event.
  • We understand that things change with group members.
  • We want to make it as easy as possible for you by waitiing until closer to the event. 
  • By then any of your students entering a solo/duo/trio independently from your studio will have paid for their competitor entry fee, so these will not be charged to your studio.
  • We will send you an email when you can go in to your account and purchase the Competitor Entry Fees for your students who have not purchased their own


ENTERING YOUR SOLOS 
  • We recommend that you encourage students to enter their own solos to save you time (you will still be able to access their music uploads, scores and critiques through your Studio Portal, even if they register themselves).
  • If you would like to enter solos on behalf of your students you will need to create an account for each individual student using the Performer Portal.
  • You will require the Student's full name, date of birth, address as well as Parent Contact Details.
  • Click Here for instructions on how to create a performers account.
  • Your students can access their Music Uploads, Live Event schedule / program, Scores and Critiques using their login (First Name & Last Name OR Email address, and a Password)
  • For each student who is Linked to your Studio Account, you will ALSO be able to access their Music, Scores and Critiques.
  • Students are automatically linked when they enter Your Studio in their Performer Profile.

PART PAYMENT OPTION
  • If your entries for an event total to more than $100, we allows part payments to be made.
  • When selecting "Pay your fees" you can select the invoice you are paying and change the amount to a minimum of $100.
  • You are then able to make payments using this process as many times as you like until the invoice is paid in full as long as it is BEFORE the event payment deadline of 1st of December, 2023. Minimum amount for each payment is $100 unless paying a balance.
 
Please note your entry is NOT CONFIRMED until full payment has been received.

If entries are not paid for in full or you have not made your first payment of at least $100 within 48 hours of placing your entries, they will be deleted off the system to allow space for others.
